0 CommentsFor the time being, the free hosting section of the site will be closed. You may still apply for free hosting, but do not expect a reply until the start of July!
Things are pretty busy here at Unphased, which is why we've temporarily stopped the free hosting.
If you have any support questions, then we will reply to those questions.
Paid hosting (including support) will be functioning as normal.

A New Look For Unphased

0 CommentsOver the coming weeks, Unphased will be getting a new look! We're not sure as to when, but it's being worked on right now.
The site will be cleaner and easier to navigate. There will also be a lot more information available to customers.
Most importantly, we're going to make it easier to contact us. Though we have already added a live chat system, we'll be making sure that if you have any questions or problems, then you will feel like you can ask them easily, and have them answered properly.
If anyone has any suggestions towards this, then please do contact us.

Live Support and Support Tickets

This isn't quite a support ticket system, but if you think that Unphased needs one, please let us know, and we will work on getting one up and running as soon as possible!
By the way, Unphased will be using Fanupdate or Wordpress in the very near future. We'd like you to be able to leave comments on the site!

Free Top Level Domain Hosting

0 CommentsUnphased should soon be starting to offer free top level domain hosting. This will be instead of having the domain contest. People will be able to apply just like with the subdomain hosting, but the requirements will be higher (though there won't be any clear set rules).
This should be here within the next month as we've had a lot of applications for free hosting from people that are wanting a top level domain.

Support Tickets

0 CommentsUnphased is planning on adding a support ticket feature to the site. We've taken the forum down (though it may be back in the future). The support ticket system should help you all because hopefully you will feel more confident in Unphased as a host (or a potential host).
This should be on the site by the end of the month.
Oh and the winner of the domain contest has been finalised! The new domain contest should be up and running by mid April at the latest.
