Q: I get this error when I go to my site: "The connection has timed out. The server at xxx.com is taking too long to respond.". What should I do?
A: Please contact us and tell us your IP address, as your IP has been blocked by the server firewalls. It would probably be due to too many failed login attempts.

Q: I have a top level domain, but when I upload my files, they do not show up. What should I do?
A: You must upload all webpages to the public_html folder. If you are still having problems, please contact us.

Q: How do I use FTP?
A: Take a look at this FTP tutorial for FileZilla. If you do not want to download a programme, you can use Net2FTP, which is free and no download is required.

Q: Will you install Cutenews for me/Can I install Cutenews onto my website?
We will not install Cutenews for you. We also do not allow subdomain hostees to use Cutenews. This is because it is easily hacked into and many of our hostees have had their Cutenews hacked. We recommend FanUpdate for those of you not so experienced with PHP, and WordPress for those of you with more experience with PHP (and a little MYSQL).
